All live components within the system implement dual-level protection measures, with insulation resistance maintained within safe thresholds to prevent any potential leakage current.

In abnormal conditions (e.g., water intrusion), the system instantly cuts off power to the charging port via communication protocols, ensuring user and battery safety.
To protect the vehicle battery lifespan, this product automatically cuts off power and terminates discharge when it detects the battery level drops below 10%.
The system incorporates multiple safety protections including: emergency stop (Category 0/1 per IEC 60204-1), residual current device (RCD), overload cutoff, thermal protection, lightning surge arrester, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and short-circuit protection (SCP).
